Fernando is one of the block of four apartments, they are all completely independent. The villas are situated in the area of Torre Castiglione, within 250 m from the beaches, and are hidden on this Mediterranean peninsula.There are two apartments on the ground floor and two apartments on the 1st floor.
Each apartment consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, an outdoor shower, a terrace or a garden equipped with a table and chairs. Parking places available.
The apartments are especially proposed to groups of friends and families who organize their holidays together, who want to be near but at the same time respect each other’s privacy.
In the mornings there are local tradesmen passing by and selling fresh grocery products like warm pastry, bread, typical local biscuits, olive buns, pasta, vegetables, cheese, mozzarella cheese. They offer pre-order shopping service. The tradesmen are local farmers, farmhouse-owners where they produce cheese or bakery-owners.

- To be certain that you are reserving your holiday safely please pay in advance the 30% of the total cost by cheque or transfer it through your bank.
- The rest of the price should be paid on arrival (when the keys are handled)
- Deposit is 100 euro (refundable at the end of the stay.)
- Duration from Saturday to Saturday.
- Arrival from 4 to 7 p.m. on Saturday and leave until 10 a.m..
- Pets can be carried if foretold.
- The reservation becomes valid after having sent the filled reservation form by fax.
